Kakhaber Kharebava:
I am the head of "Blits Dental – Kakhaber Kharebava’s Clinic." I have thirty years of experience in prosthetic dentistry and seventeen years in surgical dentistry. It has been six years since I founded "Blits Dental – Kakhaber Kharebava’s Clinic," but I started thinking about creating such a clinic fifteen years ago when I visited Professor Zablotsky’s clinic in Kyiv.

Step by step, I became a representative of German and American companies—Vita, Dentsply Sirona, and Kettenbach—in Georgia, which allowed me direct access to the best materials and technologies. Through this, collaboration became possible with outstanding educational centers such as Dentsply Sirona Academy and Vita Academy.

Building a qualified team is a major challenge in any sector. It was the same in my case, but I successfully managed it and now have a team I am proud of. The therapeutic direction is led by Natia Ketiladze, surgery by Archil Bigvava, and I personally lead the prosthetic direction. As for the two key segments of our dental clinic—gnathology is headed by David Davidadze, while the technical laboratory, the so-called "kitchen," is managed by Grisha Sukhishvili.

The reliability of our clinic is ensured by treatment plans developed through interdisciplinary discussions.

Everything starts with diagnosis, for which we use fully digital technologies in the clinic, including a 3D tomograph – Orthophos SL 3D, an Intraoral (Primescan) Scanner, an artificial intelligence diagnostic program – DiagnoCat, microscopes – ZEISS, LEICA, Calipso, and programs such as Sidex and Galileos. We also perform complex surgical procedures using digital planning.

In our clinic, we can modify a patient’s facial contours by changing the shape, alignment, size, and positioning of their teeth. In aesthetic procedures, we use modern technologies such as the Intraoral (Primescan) Scanner, milling machines – Dentsply Sirona MC XL and MC X5, and software – Inlab and Exocad. We have our own technical laboratory and collaborate with the world’s leading companies.

Our partner dental technical laboratory is Laboratorio Odontotecnico Zaramella, led by Federico Zaramella, one of the best professionals worldwide. In addition, we maintain close collaboration with the German company VITA’s technical training academy. We also have a strong connection with Professor Alessandro Nanussi from the Gnathology Department of the University of Milan. All of this enables us to study and implement the latest innovations in our field and offer them to our patients.
